Dr. Aaron D. Friedman is the founder of Ugh, Work LLC. He is a Licensed Psychologist and organizational effectiveness expert with a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He brings deep expertise in executive assessment, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Aaron has designed and implemented comprehensive talent strategies spanning executive selection, leadership coaching, and team effectiveness programs. His global experience includes designing and implementing talent management initiatives across Asia, EMEA, Mexico, and the United States.
Drawing from both external consulting and internal corporate roles, he focuses on optimizing the full talent management cycle to drive organizational success. His approach combines researched-based methods with practical business application.
